The cancellation rate expresses the average number of times a referred customer orders a product or renews a license over their lifetime. A cancellation rate of 10% means that a customer places an average of 10 orders in total. A cancellation rate of 50% means that a referred customer places an average of 2 orders in total before leaving us.
